Trading Crude Palm Oil

Palm oil is a form of edible vegetable oil obtained from the fruit of the Oil palm tree. The oil palm is a tropical palm tree originally from West Africa. Palm kernel oil made from the seeds is used as cooking oil, to make margarine and is a component of some processed foods. Palm oil is high in olefins, a potentially valuable chemical group that can be processed into many non-food products as well. Palm oil has the largest slice of the world vegetable oil market - 28%, followed by soybean oil. 50% of world palm-oil production comes from Malaysia. World palm oil trade totals $13 Billion yearly.

We are supplying crude palm oil at very low cost direct from Palm oil mills. We would like to have your signed Letter of Intend in your company letter head containing quantity required (in Tonnage), Specification of Palm oil, Destination port and your expecting price. We only deal with Serious buyer who provide the said letter of intend to us.

Procedure

  • BUYER to issue Letter of Intent (LOI)
  • SELLER to send Full Corporate Offer (FCO)
  • BUYER to acknowledge the FCO
  • SELLER issue draft contract and BUYER returns the draft contract to the SELLER via fax or email, duty signed and sealed
  • BUYER to issue draft/pre-advice/non-operative LC
  • SELLER to issue proof of product (POP)
  • SELLER to issue proforma invoice stating all the details of payment to be made
  • The BUYER shall open a Transferable, Irrevocable, Divisible, Confirmed and Assignable Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) for the monthly amount of the contract for the commodity. The DLC shall be payable at sight for 100% at loading port against the SELLER’s final documents.
  • Non-operative LC becomes operative with 2% PB from Seller, and Deliveries and shipment commences as per schedule
